Dashboard

Upon logging in with the Learner credentials, by default, the Learner is taken to the dashboard. Use the scroll bar to move down the page. This is a view of the 'Assigned Courses' and the 'Learning Path'. Use the scroll bar to move down the page.

Viewing a Course

As you hover the mouse over a course thumbnail, it zooms in as shown below. You will notice that this course is for 5 minutes, no points have been earned as yet, there has been 1 view and there are no likes. It also shows the percentage completion of the course, which is 100%. The status of the course also shows as completed and clicking the icon with the alphabet 'i', takes the Learner to the detailed course report.

Clicking the course thumbnail, takes the Learner to the page as shown from where he/she can start the course.

Viewing a Learning Path

As you hover the mouse over a learning path thumbnail, it zooms in as shown below. You will notice that this learning path has 7 learning assets and no points have been earned as yet.

Clicking the learning path thumbnail, takes the learner to the page as shown, where he/she can start with the relevant learning asset in the learning path. Use the scroll bar to view the remaining learning assets.

From within the learning path, unless the forced navigation isn't enabled, the Learner can click any respective thumbnail and begin the learning journey. Courses in the learning path will have basic details shown. And once a course is completed, it will show a tick mark in a Green Circle to the left of the course.

Viewing an Open Course

The way an open course is accessed is exactly the same as an assigned course. The only difference being any course in this section indicates that this course is common to all Learners in the platform and not specific to any group.

Viewing a Resource

This section is specifically for additional learning material that is relevant to a learning journey. They could include PDFs, PowerPoints, Word documents, video files, etc.. As you hover the mouse over a resource thumbnail, it zooms in as shown below.

Depending on the resource accessed, the view changes. In this scenario, this is a Word document. Clicking the Mark As Completed button indicates the Learner completing going through this learning asset.

The following message appears. Click the Yes button.

The Learner is taken to the report as shown. To vie the completed document, hover the mouse over the three dots against the relevant learning asset and click the option View.
