Advanced Learning Functions

As a Learner, it is critical that they have options to participate and contribute through various modes depending on the the type of learning journeys they go through. Learners can:

  1. Attending virtual meetings
  2. Raise support tickets
  3. View Manager feedback
  4. Respond to surveys
  5. Utilize additional resources
  6. Work on actual and adhoc assignments
  7. Manage instructor-led classroom participation

The aforementioned options can be seen by clicking the Menu icon as shown.

Virtual Meetings

To access the list of virtual meetings that has been assigned, click the Virtual Meetings icon under Menu. Click the play icon in the JOIN column to attend the relevant meeting. Once the meeting is over, to access the recording, if it has been recorded by the Moderator, click the icon under the RECORDINGS column, inline with the relevant meeting.

Support

To raise a support ticket and view the status of closure, click the Support icon under Menu. To access the Raise Ticket form that opens as a right pane, click the Raise Ticket button.

Enter the relevant details and then click the Add button.

The newly added ticket appears in the list.

To make any updates, including deleting the ticket, click the row corresponding to the relevant ticket, make the updates and click the Update button.

Feedback

To access the list feedback provided by the Manager, click the Feedback icon under Menu. In this scenario, the Manager has shared a comment. It may also be a suggestion or even a compliment.

Surveys

To access the list of surveys that has been assigned to participate in, click the Surveys icon under Menu. To access the questions inside the survey click the survey name. To view all the completed surveys, check the box Show Completed Survey.

Resources

To access the list of learning collaterals to refer to, click the Resources icon under Menu.

To view the relevant learning collateral, hover the mouse on the three dots in line with the relevant learning collateral name and click the option View.

Assignments

To access the list of assignments has been assigned to complete, click the Assignments icon under Menu.

For the assignments where the Add Submission button is active, it means that the assignment is yet to be completed. The Submission Status field would show as Not Submitted, the Points field would show as 00 and the Feedback field will show as No feedback. The Submission Type field in this scenario says Document. It could also be Video or Audio. And the types of documents could be PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, CSV, XLS, XLSM or XLSX. The video file is MP4. The audio files could be MP3 or OGG. Click the Add Submission button.

The Submit Assignment window appears. Enter the relevant description and attach a document as was requested when the assignment was triggered to the Learner. Click the Submit button.

The Submission Status field would now show as Submitted. The Points and Feedback fields values will not change till the Manager completes the evaluation based on the submission by the Learner.

Once the Manager completes the submission, the Learner view changes as shown. The Points and Feedback fields values now read as 10 and View More, respectively. To view the Manager feedback, click the View More link.

Classrooms

To access and manage the training calendar for instructor-led sessions to participate in, click the Classrooms icon under Menu. The assigned list of classroom details appear.

To view the classroom details as it appears in the calendar, click the Calendar icon.

The calendar view as it appears. It shows the current month with the date of the current day, circled. In this scenario 18th of March. By default the filter shows as Month. I can be changed to Week and Day. Click the option 7 more (Text in White against a Yellow background) as shown for the 21st of March.

This is the view of the Productivity Check Workshop 1, all shown highlighted in Aqua Blue color. Click the colored space.

The details of the workshop will now be visible.

This is the weekly view in the calendar of the two workshops that have been assigned to this Learner.

This is a view of all the courses that have been assigned to this Learner.

In the mobile view, the classroom details will also show a QR Code scanner. However, this isn't applicable in the laptop or iPad view.
