What a Learner Can Do?

Once a Learner logs in, he/she is taken to the dashboard as shown.

In the main menu the other privileges the Learner has are outlined below (Top to bottom). Shown highlighted in Red.

  1. Dashboard - Displays the various courses under the Courses section that the Learner has been enrolled for and the various learning paths under the Learning Path section that the Learner has been enrolled for.

  2. Achievement - All the badges and certificates achieved will appear in this space. To know more about how badges and certificates are created, access the sub-section Quick Start Guide under the main section Getting Started.

  3. Discussion - Displays options to start a discussion thread, add comments, like a comment, and bookmark a discussion. To know more about how these tasks are performed, access the sub-section Discussion Forum under the main section Administrator.

  4. Reports - Displays the canned reports. To know more about how these tasks are performed, access the sub-section Reports under the main section Administrator.

Let's take a look at what every course thumbnail provides for a Learner, once they hover the mouse over the thumbnail.

  1. Learners can view the duration of a course. Shown highlighted in Red.

  2. Learners can view the points gained based on successfully completing the course. Shown highlighted in Red.

  3. Learners can like a course, if required. Shown highlighted in Red.

  4. Learners can view detailed analytics of the course they completed by clicking the icon shown. Shown highlighted in Red.

    • The Course Details. Use the scroll bar to view the remaining details. Shown highlighted in Red.

    • The course has been completed with the points gained also shown. Shown highlighted in Red.

    • If the course has been taken the second time, the Course Details page as it appears. View the areas highlighted in Red, that speaks of the number of attempts and if the remediation has been viewed.

    • Hover the mouse on the course thumbnail and notice the details. Shown highlighted in Red.

    • Hover the mouse on the learning path thumbnail. Click the area highlighted in Red.

    • The learning path view (continued). Click any of the thumbnail to start work on the respective content in the learning path. Click the resource content in the learning path.

    • This is the view of the resource that has been accessed.

  5. Learners can view courses that are assigned, Completed and Overdue.

  6. Learners can view memory boosters that are assigned, Completed and Overdue.

  7. Learners can view resources that are assigned and which ones have been Visited.

The options a Learner has on the top right corner as as follows from the left to the right. Shown highlighted in Red.

Search - Use this field to look for the specific course, learning path and resource by entering the relevant course names, learning path names or resource names.

My Points - Clicking this option displays the Leaderboard and also gives the option to click Redeem Awards, as required.

Help - Clicking this icon turns on the help option. Shown highlighted in Red.

All the options on the left side of the menu will have a dot in Red that blinks. All shown highlighted in Red.

Clicking on these dot will open the Help Center pertaining to the icon against which the Red dot was clicked. All shown highlighted in Red.

Chat - Clicking this icon opens the chat window where a new conversation can be initiated.

Notification - Clicking this icon opens up the list of notifications which can be viewed and then deleted if required. The number indicates the number of available notifications.

Menu - Clicking this icon gives the in-depth Learner privileges as shown. To know more about Settings, access the sub-section Quick Start Guide under the main section Getting Started.

Profile and Sign Out - Clicking the alphabet(s) in the circle, gives the first option, which is the basic profile details of the Learner and the second option ensures the Learner is logged out of the platform.
