Create Nudges
Use Create Nudges to create bite-sized learning content that can be delivered through WhatsApp.
The Create Nudges page is divided into three main panels:
- Content
- Create New Content
- Course Details
Content Panel
The Content panel appears on the left side of the page.
When no content has been added, it displays No content yet and provides the following options:
- Add Content
- Generate With AI
Add Content
Select Add Content to create a new content item. The Choose Content Type window opens with the following options:
Content + Image
Create a text message with an image attachment.
Content + Video
Create a text message with a video attachment.
Single Choice
Create a question with one correct answer.
True / False
Create a statement with a True or False answer.
Select the required content type to start creating the content.
Generate With AI
Select Generate With AI to create content automatically.
The Generate with AI panel includes the following fields:

| Course Name* | Enter the name of the course. |
| Topic / Content* | Enter the topic or content for which you want to generate learning content. |
| Description | Enter a description of the content. |
| Upload thumbnail | Upload a thumbnail for the course. |
Create New Content Panel
The Create New Content panel appears in the center of the page.
When no content is available, it displays:
Select a content item or create a new one
Select Create New Content to start creating a new content item.
You can also select a content type from Add Content in the Content panel.
Course Details Panel
The Course Details panel appears on the right side of the page.
It includes the following options:

| Course Name* | Enter the name of the course. |
| Description | Enter a brief description of the course. |
| Thumbnail | Upload a thumbnail for the course. |
| Preview | Preview how the content will appear in WhatsApp. |
Course Name
Enter the name of the course in the Course Name field.
Description
Enter a brief description of the course.
Upload Thumbnail
Select Upload thumbnail to add a thumbnail for the course.
The recommended thumbnail size is 800 × 450 px.
WhatsApp Preview
The Preview section displays how the learning content will appear in WhatsApp.
Use the preview to review the content before saving the nudge.
Save the Nudge
After adding the required content and course details, select Save to save the nudge.
Select Cancel to exit without saving your changes.
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
