WhatsApp Learning Hub allows organizations to create and deliver bite-sized microlearning content directly through WhatsApp, making training more accessible, timely, and engaging within employees' daily workflow.

Access WhatsApp Learning Hub

1. From the Admin Dashboard, go to Courses.
2. Select Create.
3. Select WhatsApp Learning Hub.

The WhatsApp Learning Hub page opens and displays the available learning content.

WhatsApp Learning Hub

The learning hub displays the following details for each learning item:

• Content title
• Created by
• Created date

Use the Search option to find specific learning content.

Available Actions

You can use the following options from the WhatsApp Learning Hub:

• Refresh — Refresh the learning content list.
• Create Nudges — Create nudges to support learner engagement.
