Adding LEAP Content

Add relevant LEAP content details such as the Name, Course Code, Description, Web Link, and other course information.

Create an Individual LEAP Course

1. Under Menu, click Content Hub.
2. The Content Hub page displays the LEAP and External Content options.
   • LEAP stands for Learning Empowered by Agile Pathways.
   • LEAP is displayed as the default view for admins. This default setting may be subject to change.
3. Under Create, click Individual.
4. Enter the required course details in the available fields.

LEAP Course Details

• Name – Enter the name of the course.
• Course Code – Enter the course code, if available, or provide one based on your organization's guidelines.
• Description – Enter a description of the course.
• Web Link – Enter the URL used to access the course.
• Thumbnail – Add a thumbnail for the course.
  1. Click Choose File.
  2. Browse to the location where the thumbnail image is saved.
  3. Select the image and click Open.
• Category – Enter the category under which the course belongs.
  • Once created, the category is available in the drop-down list when adding another course.
• Subcategory – Enter the subcategory under which the course belongs.
  • Once created, the subcategory is available in the drop-down list when adding another course.
• Provider Name – Enter the name of the provider that offers the course.
• Job Level – Enter the applicable job level.
• Indicative Cost (*ST extra) – Enter the indicative cost of the course.
• Duration – Enter the duration of the course.
• Effort – Enter the required details based on your organization's guidelines.
• Eligibility – Enter the eligibility details based on your organization's guidelines.
• Status – Enter the status based on your organization's guidelines.
• Skill – Enter the relevant skill associated with the course.

Note: The Effort, Eligibility, and Status fields should be completed according to your organization's guidelines.

5. Click Create.
6. A success message appears confirming that the individual LEAP course has been created successfully.

Category Filters

After creating LEAP courses, admins can use Category Filters to refine and streamline the displayed content.

1. Select a category from the available list.
2. The displayed content is automatically updated to show only the LEAP courses associated with the selected category.
3. Admins can apply multiple filters simultaneously to further refine the search.
4. To clear the applied filters and display the complete list of LEAP courses, click Clear All.
