Adding External Content

Create external content by providing essential details such as the Name, Provider Name, URL, and URL Type.

Create External Content

1. Under Menu, click Content Hub.
2. The LEAP content is displayed by default. Click External Content.
3. Click External Content to open the Create External Content page.
4. Enter the required details in the following fields:
   • Name – Enter the name of the external content.
   • Provider Name – Enter the name of the external content provider.
   • URL – Enter the URL of the external content.
5. Select the URL Type:
   • Video – Select this option when the external content is a video.
   • Article – Select this option when the external content is an article.
6. Enter a Description for the external content.
7. Select a Category, if applicable.
8. To open the external content in a new browser tab outside KREDO, enable Open in a New Tab.
9. To add a thumbnail for the external content:
   1. Click Choose File.
   2. Browse to the location where the thumbnail image is saved.
   3. Select the image and click Open.
10. Click Create.
11. A success message appears confirming that the external content has been created successfully.

Filter External Content by Type

Use Content Type Filters to refine the displayed external content based on its format.

The available content types are:

• Video – Displays only external content available in video format.
• Article – Displays only external content available in article format.

Filter by Video

Select Video to display only external content available in video format.

Filter by Article

Select Article to display only external content available in article format.
