KREDO AI

KREDO AI is an AI-powered feature that helps learners access and interact with learning content provided by their organization.

Note: The KREDO AI feature is available only to customers who have opted for it. It is offered as an add-on and involves additional commercial costs.

Access KREDO AI

1. From the learner dashboard, click KREDO AI.
2. The KREDO AI Assistant chat window opens.

Note: KREDO AI responds only to prompts related to the documents uploaded by the administrator through AI Trainer Hub. It does not retrieve information from the web.

Ask Questions Using KREDO AI

Administrators upload relevant topic content to AI Trainer Hub. Learners can then use KREDO AI to retrieve information from the uploaded content.

1. Enter a prompt related to the content available through KREDO AI.
2. Click Send.
3. KREDO AI provides relevant information based on the documents uploaded by the administrator.

Use Voice Input

Use voice input to enter prompts instead of typing them.

1. Click the Microphone icon in the KREDO AI Assistant.
2. Speak your prompt clearly.
3. The spoken prompt is automatically converted to text.
4. Review the converted prompt.
5. Click Send to submit the prompt.

Interact with KREDO AI Responses

Learners can interact with the responses provided by KREDO AI.

Like a Response

Click Like to indicate that the response is useful or relevant.

Use Voice Over

Use Voice Over to listen to the response.

1. Enable the Voice Over option.
2. The response is read aloud to the learner.

Window Controls

The KREDO AI Assistant provides the following window controls:

• Minimize – Reduces the chat window.
• Maximize – Expands the chat window to full screen.
• Close – Closes the KREDO AI Assistant window and ends the current session.

Chat History

The Chat History section displays previous conversations for quick access and reference.

It includes:

• Previous chat conversations
• Chat titles
• Latest activity for each conversation

KREDO AI Content Access

KREDO AI provides access to organization-specific content uploaded by administrators through AI Trainer Hub. Learners can use the assistant to retrieve information from the content made available to them.

Note: KREDO AI does not retrieve information from the web. Responses are based on the content provided through the organization's AI Trainer Hub configuration.
