Announcements
Enable the Announcements permission to allow users assigned to a custom role to create, publish, and manage announcements for timely communication with users.
Announcements Permissions
Enable the Announcements toggle under Permissions to provide access to announcement management features.
The following options can be enabled or disabled individually based on the requirements of the custom role.
Creating an Announcement
Allow users to create announcements with titles, descriptions, attachments, and relevant links for specific audiences.
Deleting an Announcement
Allow users to permanently remove announcements that are no longer required.
Note: Deleting an announcement is irreversible.
Publishing an Announcement
Allow users to publish announcements and make them visible to the intended users.
Unpublishing an Announcement
Allow users to unpublish announcements and remove them from learner view while retaining the content.
View Announcement
Allow users to view active and past announcements for reference and communication tracking.
