Courses
Enable the Courses permission to allow users assigned to a custom role to create, manage, publish, assign, and report on courses and assessments.
The available options can be enabled or disabled individually based on the requirements of the custom role.
Courses Permissions
Enable the Courses toggle under Permissions to provide access to course management features.
Creating a Course
Allow users to develop structured learning programs by defining course content, learning objectives, and intended outcomes.
The following options are available when creating course content:
- Creating an Assessment – Design assessments to evaluate learner understanding and skills.
- Creating a New Course – Build courses with learning assets such as videos, documents, and quizzes, aligned with defined learning objectives.
- Creating a New Course with AI – Use AI to generate course content, quizzes, and learning materials.
- Creating and Uploading SCORM 1.2/2004 – Import SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004-compliant eLearning packages.
WhatsApp Learning Hub
Allow users to create and deliver bite-sized microlearning content through WhatsApp, making learning more accessible and engaging within employees' daily workflows.
Editing a Course
Allow users to modify existing course content, structure, or settings to keep learning content current.
Deleting a Course
Allow users to permanently remove courses that are no longer required.
Note: Deleting a course may permanently remove associated data. Use this option with caution.
Archiving a Course
Allow users to move courses to an inactive state while retaining their data for future reference or reactivation.
Deleting Archived Courses
Allow users to permanently delete courses that have been archived and are no longer required.
Unarchiving a Course
Allow users to reactivate archived courses for further editing, assignment, or publishing.
Duplicating a Course
Allow users to create a copy of an existing course for reuse or modification.
Previewing a Course
Allow users to preview course content from a learner's perspective before publishing or assigning the course.
Manage General
Enable Manage General to allow users to configure general course settings, such as the course name, description, duration, and category.

Allow users to publish courses and make them available to learners for enrollment and access.
Unpublishing a Course
Allow users to unpublish courses and remove learner access while retaining the course content and settings.
Assigning a Course
Allow users to assign courses to individual users, user groups, or roles based on learning requirements.
Manage Memory Booster
Allow users to configure Memory Booster activities to reinforce learning and improve knowledge retention.
Manage Share
Allow users to manage course-sharing permissions for internal users or teams.
Manage Logs
Allow users to view logs related to course modifications, enrollments, and activity history.
Manage Localization
Allow users to manage localized versions of course content for different languages and regions.
Manage Reviewer
Allow users to assign reviewers to validate course content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with organizational standards.
Manage Feedback
Allow users to collect and review learner feedback to identify areas for improvement in course content and delivery.
Manage Reports
Allow users to access course analytics, including learner progress, performance, completion, and engagement data.
