Learning Paths
Enable the Learning Paths permission to allow users assigned to a custom role to create, manage, publish, and assign structured or flexible learning journeys using different learning assets.
The available options can be enabled or disabled individually based on the requirements of the custom role.
Learning Paths Permissions
Enable the Learning Paths toggle under Permissions to provide access to learning path management features.
Creating a Learning Path
Allow users to create learning paths by organizing courses, assessments, resources, and other learning assets around specific learning goals.
Editing a Learning Path
Allow users to update existing learning paths by modifying content, sequence, or completion requirements.
Adding Content to a Learning Path
Allow users to add relevant learning assets, such as courses, assessments, and resources, to an existing learning path.
Deleting a Learning Path
Allow users to permanently remove learning paths that are no longer required.
Note: Deleting a learning path cannot be undone.
Archiving a Learning Path
Allow users to deactivate a learning path while preserving its structure and content for future use or reference.
Deleting Archived Learning Paths
Allow users to permanently delete previously archived learning paths.
Unarchiving a Learning Path
Allow users to restore archived learning paths to an active state for further editing or assignment.
Duplicating a Learning Path
Allow users to create a copy of an existing learning path for reuse or modification.
Manage General
Enable Manage General to allow users to configure general learning path settings, such as the learning path name, description, and category.

Publishing a Learning Path
Allow users to publish learning paths and make them available for learner access.
Unpublishing a Learning Path
Allow users to unpublish learning paths and withdraw them from learner access while retaining the learning path content and structure.
Assigning a Learning Path
Allow users to assign learning paths to individual users, user groups, or roles based on specific training or development requirements.
Manage Memory Booster
Allow users to configure Memory Booster activities to reinforce key concepts and improve learner retention through scheduled review activities.
Manage Feedback
Allow users to collect and review learner feedback to evaluate and improve the quality and relevance of learning paths.
Manage Reports
Allow users to access learning path analytics, including learner progress, engagement, and completion data.
