Classrooms
Enable the Classrooms permission to allow users assigned to a custom role to create and manage instructor-led training (ILT) sessions with flexible scheduling and configuration options.
Classrooms Permissions
Enable the Classrooms toggle under Permissions to provide access to classroom management features.
The following options can be enabled or disabled individually based on the requirements of the custom role.
Creating a Classroom
Create new classrooms by defining schedules, descriptions, and configuration options.
The following options are available when creating a classroom:
Manage Mapping
Map categories, subcategories, proficiencies, competencies, and other learning parameters to organize classroom content.
Manage Sessions
Schedule, edit, and monitor instructor-led training sessions, including single or recurring sessions.
Manage Assessments
Assign and evaluate assessments conducted before or after classroom sessions.
Manage Target Audience
Assign individual users or user groups to relevant classroom sessions.
Edit Classroom
Update classroom names, descriptions, schedules, and other settings.
Duplicate Classroom
Create copies of existing classrooms for reuse or modification.
Delete Classroom
Permanently remove classrooms that are no longer required.
Note: Deleting a classroom is irreversible.
My Classrooms
View classrooms assigned to learners to track schedules, participation, and session details.
Manage General
Configure general classroom settings, including schedules, participants, access permissions, and instructor roles.
The following options can be configured:
Publishing Classroom
Make classrooms available for learner enrollment and attendance.
Unpublishing Classroom
Remove classrooms from learner access while retaining their content and configuration.
Share Classroom Recordings
Share classroom session recordings with learners for review and continued learning.
Mark Attendance
Record and track learner attendance and participation for classroom sessions.
Notify Classroom
Send notifications or reminders to users who have not yet enrolled in public or self-enroll classrooms.
Manage Reports
Access classroom reports covering training effectiveness, learner engagement, session feedback, and outcomes.
Evaluate Offline Assessments
Provide feedback and assign scores for offline assessments associated with classroom sessions.
Manage Waiting List Users
View and manage waiting list users and publish classrooms for eligible users.
