User Groups
Enable the User Groups permission to allow users assigned to a custom role to create and manage user groups based on organizational roles, departments, or learning needs.
User groups help streamline learning delivery, reporting, and user management across the organization.
User Groups Permissions
Enable the User Groups toggle under Permissions to provide access to user group management features.
The following options can be enabled or disabled individually based on the requirements of the custom role.
Creating a User Group
Allow users to create a user group by defining the group name, specifying its purpose, and assigning users to organize learners effectively.
Creating a User Group in Bulk
Allow users to create or update multiple user groups at once by uploading a predefined bulk file.
Deleting a User Group
Allow users to delete a user group and its associated records, as permitted.
Note: Deleting a user group may affect associated data. Review the group details before deleting it.
Branding for a User Group
Allow users to apply custom logos, themes, and other visual elements to user groups to reflect the organization's identity and enhance the user experience.
