Reels
Enable the Reels permission to allow users assigned to a custom role to create, manage, preview, and publish interactive multimedia content for learners.
Reels Permissions
Enable the Reels toggle under Permissions to provide access to Reel management features.
The following options can be enabled or disabled individually based on the requirements of the custom role.
Manage Create
Allow users to create new Reels using multimedia, text, and animation elements.
Manage Edit
Allow users to modify existing Reels, including their content, visuals, transitions, and timing.
Manage Delete
Allow users to permanently remove Reels that are no longer required.
Note: Deleted Reels cannot be recovered.
Manage View
Allow users to preview Reels before they are published.
Manage General
Allow users to configure general settings related to Reels.
Manage Publish
Allow users to publish Reels and make them visible and accessible to users.
Manage Unpublish
Allow users to unpublish Reels and remove them from learner access while retaining the content.
