Virtual Meetings
Enable the Virtual Meetings permission to allow users assigned to a custom role to create and manage live online sessions for training, collaboration, and discussions.
KREDO supports virtual meetings through platforms such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
Virtual Meetings Permissions
Enable the Virtual Meetings toggle under Permissions to provide access to virtual meeting management features.
The following options can be enabled or disabled individually based on the requirements of the custom role.
Create Meeting
Schedule virtual meetings using supported platforms and define meeting details, timings, and participants.
Edit Meeting
Update meeting descriptions, timings, participant lists, or other meeting settings.
Delete Meeting
Permanently remove virtual meetings that are outdated, canceled, or no longer required.
Note: Deleting a meeting is irreversible.
My Meetings
View virtual meetings assigned to or attended by users for easy tracking and access.
Manage General
Configure general virtual meeting settings and other meeting-related configurations.
The following options can be configured:
Publish Meeting
Make scheduled virtual meetings available for learners to view and join.
Unpublish Meeting
Remove virtual meetings from learner access without deleting the meeting details.
Mark Attendance
Record and track learner participation and completion for virtual meeting sessions.
Share Virtual Meeting Recordings
Share virtual meeting recordings with learners for review or asynchronous learning.
Meeting Reports
Generate reports on virtual meeting attendance, learner engagement, and session effectiveness.
