Editing an OJT Form

Update the details and questions of an existing OJT evaluation form.

Update an existing OJT form when changes are required.

Edit an OJT Form

For the required OJT form, click the three dots under the Actions column.
Select Edit.
Update the required form details or questions.
Click Save.

A success message confirms that the changes have been saved, and the updated OJT form appears in the forms list.
