Deleting an OJT Form

Delete OJT evaluation forms in KREDO.

For the required OJT form, click the three dots under the Actions column.
Select Delete.
In the Please take a moment… confirmation window, click Yes.

A success message confirms that the OJT form has been deleted.

Note: Deleting an OJT form is irreversible.

Creating an OJT Form

Create an OJT evaluation form with descriptions and questions to assess learner performance.

Editing an OJT Form

Update the details and questions of an existing OJT evaluation form.
