Review OJT - Evaluation Forms

Review submitted OJT evaluation forms and assess learner performance.

1. Select Review OJT - Evaluation Forms.
2. Click Evaluate for the required OJT form.
   Evaluations that have already been completed are marked Submitted under the Evaluate column.
3. Review the learner or reportee details and answer the evaluation questions.

   Note: Questions marked with * are mandatory.

4. Click Passed or Failed to submit the evaluation.
5. If Pass is selected, enter the required comments in the pop-up window.
6. Submit the evaluation.
7. A success message confirms that the evaluation has been submitted. The status changes from Evaluate to Submitted.
8. The same process applies when marking an evaluation as Failed.
