Viewing Resources

View an existing resource and use the available options to access and manage its content.

View a Resource

1. In the Resources list, hover over the three-dot menu under the ACTIONS column for the resource you want to view.
2. Click View.
3. The resource opens in the viewer.
   Use the scroll bar to navigate through the resource. Hover over the resource to view the available actions.

Resource Actions

• Print – Click Print to print the resource.
• Download – Click Download to download the resource. This option is available only when Enable Download is enabled for the resource.
• Additional Options – Use the available viewer options to:
  • Search for specific words using Toggle Findbar.
  • Zoom Out or Zoom In.
  • Navigate to the Previous Page or Next Page.
  • Open the resource in Full Screen mode.

Close the Resource

1. Click Close.
2. The Please take a moment… confirmation window opens.
3. Click Yes to confirm.
