Deleting Rewards

Delete existing rewards that are no longer required in KREDO.

Delete an existing reward when it is no longer required.

Delete a Reward

Under Menu, click Rewards.
Locate the reward you want to delete.
Under the Actions column, click the three-dot menu for the relevant reward.
Click Delete.
The Please take a moment… confirmation window appears.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
A success message appears confirming that the reward has been successfully deleted.

Creating Rewards

Create rewards with required points that learners can redeem based on their learning achievements.

Editing Rewards

Update existing reward details, including the name, description, required points, and thumbnail in KREDO.
