Editing Rewards

Update existing reward details, including the name, description, required points, and thumbnail in KREDO.

Update existing reward details when changes are required.

Edit a Reward

Under Menu, click Rewards.
Locate the reward you want to edit.
Under the Actions column, click the three-dot menu for the relevant reward.
Click Edit.
In the Update Reward window, update the required details:
- Name – Update the name of the reward.
- Description – Update the reward description.
- Required Points – Update the number of points required to redeem the reward.
- Thumbnail – Update the reward thumbnail, if required.
Click Update.
A success message appears confirming that the reward has been successfully updated.
The updated reward appears in the Rewards list.

Column	Definition
Thumbnail	Displays the thumbnail image of the reward.
Name	Displays the name of the reward.
Points	Displays the total points associated with the reward.
Description	Displays a brief description of the reward.
Total Request	Displays the total number of redemption requests for the reward.
Actions	Provides available actions, such as editing or deleting the reward.

Deleting Rewards

Delete existing rewards that are no longer required in KREDO.

Redeeming Rewards

Review and approve learner reward redemption requests when the required business criteria are met.
