Course Summary Calculations

Understand how KREDO calculates course completion rates and identifies the most and least completed courses.

The Course Summary provides an overview of course-related data, including the number of courses created, published, drafted, and made public.

It also displays completion statistics for the most popular courses, most completed courses, and least completed courses.

Completion Rate Calculation

The Most Completed Courses and Least Completed Courses are determined by calculating the completion rate for each course.

Calculation Process

1. Calculate the Completion Rate

The completion rate is calculated by dividing the number of learners who completed the course by the total number of learners assigned to the course.

Formula:

Completion Rate = (Completed Learners ÷ Assigned Learners) × 100

2. Compare Completion Rates

KREDO compares the completion rates of the courses to determine:

  • Most Completed Courses – Courses with the highest completion rates.
  • Least Completed Courses – Courses with the lowest completion rates.

Recent Feedback Received for Courses

The Recent Feedback Received for Courses section displays learner ratings and feedback for courses.

Ratings and feedback help administrators and course creators understand learner satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve course content.
