Roleplay Summary
The Roleplay Summary Report provides an overview of learner participation, simulation performance, and key insights from roleplay interactions.
Note: The Roleplay Report is an add-on feature and is displayed only when the feature is enabled.
The Roleplay Summary Report is divided into two sections:
- Overview Report
- Simulation Overview
You can use the toggle button to switch between these sections.
Overview Report
The Overview Report focuses on learner performance during roleplay simulations.
Key Metrics
- Total Learners – Displays the number of learners who participated.
- Simulation Attempts – Displays the number of times learners attempted the roleplay.
- Average Score – Displays the overall performance score of learners.
- Skill Distribution – Categorizes learners as Excellent, Good, or Needs Improvement.
- Top Performers – Displays the highest-scoring learners.
- Areas for Improvement & Needs Support – Identifies learners or skills that require additional attention.
- Detailed Criteria Performance – Displays scores based on each criterion configured by the admin during simulation setup.
Export Overview Report
The Export option allows you to download a detailed version of the Overview Report.
Simulation Overview Report
The Simulation Overview Report focuses on simulation-level metrics rather than individual learner performance.
Key Metrics
- Total Simulations – Displays the number of roleplay simulations created.
- Total Assigned – Displays the number of learners assigned to each simulation.
- Total Completed – Displays the number of simulations completed.
- Average Completion – Displays the average score or performance for each simulation.
- Top Performing Simulations – Displays the highest-performing simulations.
- Needs Attention – Identifies simulations where learners struggled or received low scores.
- Simulations Overview – Provides a summary of simulations and performance trends.
Simulation Overview Columns

| Simulation Name | Displays the name of the simulation. |
| Status | Displays the current state of the simulation, such as Draft or Published. |
| Assigned | Displays the total number of users assigned to the simulation. |
| Completed | Displays the number of users who completed the simulation. |
| Progress | Displays the overall completion percentage. |
| Criteria | Displays the number of criteria defined for the simulation. |
| Attempts | Displays the allowed number of attempts for the simulation. |
| Created | Displays the date when the simulation was created. |
| Actions | Provides options to view additional simulation details. |
The View More option displays the users assigned to the selected AI Roleplay simulation.
Assigned Users
The Assigned Users section displays details of users assigned to the selected AI Roleplay simulation.

| Completed | Displays the number of users who completed the simulation. |
| Published Date | Displays the date and time when the simulation was published. |

| Actions | Provides options to view additional details about the assigned users. |
The View More option in the Assigned Users section displays the Simulation Attempts Report, which provides detailed information about each learner's performance and engagement with the simulation.

Skill Summary
The Skill Summary report provides an overview of users' skills, competency levels, and skill ratings. It helps organizations assess workforce capabilities and identify training and development needs.
