Trainer Profile Filters and Export

The Trainer Profile report provides options to filter learning assets and export report data.

Filters

The Filters option allows you to filter the Trainer Profile based on the type of learning asset.

Apply Filters

1. In the Trainer Profile report, click Filters.
2. Select the required learning asset type.
3. Choose from the following options:
   • Courses
   • Learning Paths
   • Resources
   • Virtual Meetings
   • Classrooms
   • Surveys
   • Assignments
4. By default, Courses is selected.
5. Select the required asset type and click Done.
6. The Trainer Profile details are filtered based on the selected asset type.

Export

You can export the Trainer Profile report in .XLSX format.

Export the Trainer Profile Report

1. In the Trainer Profile report, click Export.
2. In the Download Reports pop-up, click Download New Report.
3. Enter a File Name for the report.
4. To include suspended users, select Include Suspended Users.
5. Click Download.
6. The generated report appears in the list of available reports.
7. Click the Export icon to download the report.
8. The report is downloaded in .XLSX format.

Delete an Exported Report

1. Locate the report you want to remove.
2. Click the Bin icon.
3. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes.
4. A success message confirms that the report has been deleted.
