Trainer Profile Percentage Calculation
Learn how the rating percentage is calculated in the Trainer Profile report.
In the Trainer Profile, after selecting View More under the Actions column, the Rating is calculated based on the ratings provided by learners.
Rating Calculation
The trainer's rating is calculated by taking the average of the ratings provided by all learners.
Formula:
Trainer Rating = (Sum of Ratings Given by Learners) / (Number of Learners)
Example Calculation
Suppose three learners rated a course as follows:
- Learner 1: 4 stars
- Learner 2: 5 stars
- Learner 3: 3 stars
Using the formula:
Trainer Rating = (4 + 5 + 3) / 3
Trainer Rating = 12 / 3
Trainer Rating = 4.0 stars
Thus, the trainer's rating is 4.0 stars.
