Trainer Profile
Learn how the Trainer Profile report displays trainer details and learning assets created by trainers.
The Trainer Profile report displays individuals assigned the Admin, Manager, or Author roles, along with the learning assets they have created.
Trainer Details
The Trainer Profile report includes the following columns:
| Column | Definition |
|---|---|
| Name | Displays the trainer's full name. |
| Displays the trainer's registered email address. | |
| Username | Displays the unique username assigned to the trainer. |
| Role | Specifies the trainer's role on the platform, such as Admin, Manager, or Author. |
| Last Login | Displays the date of the trainer's most recent login. |
| Active | Indicates whether the trainer is active or inactive. |
| Actions | Provides options to view additional trainer details. |
To view the learning assets created by a specific trainer:
- Locate the required trainer in the report.
- Under the Actions column, click View More.
Trainer Profile Summary
The Trainer Profile Summary displays the learning assets created by the selected trainer.
| Column | Definition |
|---|---|
| Name | Displays the name of the learning asset created by the trainer. |
| Description | Provides a description of the learning asset. |
| Type | Specifies the type of learning asset, such as Course, Resources, Assignments, Learning Paths, Classrooms, Surveys, or Virtual Meetings. |
| Created On | Displays the date and time when the trainer created the learning asset. |
| Feedback | Displays feedback received for the learning asset. |
| Rating | Displays the ratings given to the learning asset. |
View Feedback and Ratings
To view feedback and ratings for a specific learning asset:
- Locate the required learning asset in the Trainer Profile Summary.
- Click View Feedback.
- The Feedback pop-up displays the feedback received for the learning asset, along with its rating and submission date and time.
