Virtual Meetings
Learn how to access virtual meetings, join sessions, view recordings, and download certificates in KREDO.
The Virtual Meetings page allows learners to access meetings they are enrolled in, join scheduled sessions, view recordings shared by the administrator, and download available certificates.
Access Virtual Meetings
- From the Dashboard, open Menu.
- Select Virtual Meetings.
The Virtual Meetings page displays the meetings assigned to or enrolled in by the learner.
Virtual Meetings Table
The following table describes the columns available on the Virtual Meetings page.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Displays the name or subject of the virtual meeting. |
| Join | Allows learners to join a meeting using the Play icon when the meeting is available. |
| Recordings | Provides access to the meeting recording when it has been shared by the administrator. |
| Duration (mins) | Displays the meeting duration in minutes. |
| Date | Displays the meeting date to help learners track past and upcoming sessions. |
| Description | Provides a brief overview of the meeting and its agenda. |
| Certificate | Allows learners to download the meeting certificate when one is available. |
View Meeting Recordings
After a virtual meeting hosted through Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom is completed, the administrator who created the meeting can share its recording with the relevant learners.
When the recording is shared, the icon in the Recordings column becomes active.
To access the recording:
- In the Recordings column, click the recording icon.
- Select one of the following options from the pop-up:
- Play: Opens the recorded meeting.
- Copy Shareable Link: Copies the recording link so you can share it with others as needed.
