Upcoming Activities
The Upcoming Activities section in KREDO provides learners with an overview of scheduled learning activities. It helps learners prepare for upcoming sessions, access learning materials, and keep track of future learning commitments.
Upcoming activities may include:
- Classrooms
- Virtual Meetings
- Courses
- Assessments
- Learning Paths
Accessing Upcoming Activities
- From the Learner Dashboard, locate the Upcoming Activities section.
- Select the relevant classroom or virtual meeting thumbnail to view its details.
- Review the available options and follow the instructions for the selected activity.
Accessing Classroom Activities
When you select an assigned classroom tile, the available options depend on the classroom settings and enrollment status.
- View: Appears when learning materials are attached to the classroom. Select this option to access the available materials.
- Unenroll: Allows you to unenroll from the classroom when the option is available.
- Location/Link: For an offline classroom, displays the assigned classroom location. For an online session, select Click here to join to access the session.
Requesting Classroom Approval
Some classrooms require Manager approval before you can attend.
- Select the relevant classroom tile under Upcoming Activities.
- Click Get Approval.
- KREDO sends an approval request to your Manager.
Once the request is reviewed, the enrollment or approval status depends on the Manager's decision.
Accessing Virtual Meetings
- Locate the relevant virtual meeting tile under Upcoming Activities.
- Select the tile to view the meeting details.
- Review the available information and options.
If a virtual meeting is assigned but scheduled for a future time, its details are displayed when you select the tile. Join the meeting when it becomes available according to its schedule.
Other Upcoming Learning Activities
In addition to classrooms and virtual meetings, the Upcoming Activities section displays courses, assessments, and learning paths scheduled for future dates. Select the relevant activity to view its available details and options.
