My Journey
The My Journey section provides a chronological record of your learning activities across KREDO. It includes self-enrolled learning paths, completed courses, assignments, resources, and other learning activities.
Viewing My Journey
- Open My Report.
- Navigate to the My Journey section.
- Review the chronological list of your learning activities.
Key Components
Self-Enrolled Learning Paths
Displays learning paths you have enrolled in yourself within your organization. Each entry includes the learning path name and the date and time of enrollment.
Example: You have self-enrolled in LP - For the Org on 06 Feb 2025 at 05:51 PM.
Completed Courses
Displays courses you have successfully completed, along with the course name and the date and time of completion.
Example: You completed 'AI Course 01' on 09 Sep 2024 at 08:58 AM.
Other learning activities, such as assignments and resources, may also appear in the journey based on your activity in KREDO.
Filtering My Journey by Date
The Date Filter allows you to view learning activities for a specific period. It includes predefined date ranges and a calendar for selecting custom dates.
- Open My Journey from My Report.
- Click the date filter displaying Last 31 Days.
- Select the required option from the Date Range filter.
Date Range Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| All | Displays the complete recorded history of your learning activities. |
| Today | Displays learning activities recorded on the current day. |
| Last 31 Days | Displays learning activities from the previous 31-day period. |
| This Year | Displays learning activities from the beginning of the current calendar year to the selected date. |
| Custom | Allows you to select a specific start date and end date. |
Applying a Custom Date Range
- Select Custom from the Date Range options.
- Choose the required start and end dates using the calendar.
- Click Apply to display activities recorded within the selected period.
Example: Selecting February 1, 2025, to February 28, 2025, displays learning activities recorded during that period.
Viewing Activities for the Current Year
- Click the date filter.
- Select This Year.
- Click Apply.
The report displays your learning activities for the current calendar year.
