My Learning Assets
The My Learning Assets section provides an overview of your engagement and progress across different learning activities in KREDO. It displays assigned, completed, and pending learning assets through summary cards and color-coded charts.
Overall Activity
The Overall Activity section summarizes your progress across all assigned learning assets. It displays the total number of assigned, completed, and pending items.
The chart uses the following colors to represent activity:

| Blue | Completed learning assets |
| Yellow | Pending learning assets |
Performance Levels
The color-coded performance indicators help you understand your engagement and progress across learning assets.
| Performance Level | Color | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Poor | Red | Low engagement or incomplete learning activities. |
| Average | Yellow | Moderate progress, with room for improvement. |
| Good | Orange | Satisfactory engagement and completion. |
| Very Good | Light Green | Strong performance and consistent progress. |
| Excellent | Dark Green | Outstanding achievement and mastery of learning assets. |
Learning Asset Categories
Each category displays a summary of your learning activity. Select a category to view detailed information, including completion status, time spent, scores, and other relevant details, where available.

Viewing Detailed Reports
To view more information about a learning asset category:
- Locate the relevant category card.
- Click the View More icon to expand the card.
- Review the detailed report, including the available columns and activity information.
- Use Filters to refine the displayed records, where available.
- Use Visible Columns to select or deselect columns when this option is available.
- Click Export to download the report, where supported. Follow the prompts to enter a file name and select any available report options.
- Click Download to download the report. Reports are available in
.XLSXformat.
Using AND/OR Filters
Some detailed reports support AND/OR filters, which help you find records that match specific criteria.
- AND: Displays records that meet all the selected conditions.
- OR: Displays records that meet at least one of the selected conditions.
For example, you can combine skill and proficiency conditions to narrow results, or use multiple course names to find records matching either name. Available filter fields vary by learning asset category.
After setting the required conditions, click Apply to display the filtered results.
