Top Skills
Learn how to review a learner’s top skills, identify areas for improvement, view manager feedback, and export the skills report in KREDO.
The Top Skills section highlights the learner’s strongest competencies based on completed courses, assessments, and manager approvals. It also identifies skills that need improvement and provides feedback from managers or administrators.
Key Components
- Top Skills: Lists the skills in which the learner has demonstrated proficiency.
- Skills That Need Improvement: Highlights skills that may require additional training or practice.
- Feedback: Displays comments and suggestions from managers or administrators to help the learner improve.
Viewing Feedback
To view detailed feedback:
- Open My Report from the learner dashboard.
- Navigate to the Top Skills section.
- Click View More on the Feedback card.
- Review the feedback details in the expanded report.
Feedback Report Fields
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Send By | Displays the email address of the person who provided the feedback. |
| Send Date | Indicates the date and time when the feedback was provided. |
| Feedback Type | Categorizes the feedback as a suggestion, comment, or compliment. |
| Message | Displays the feedback message provided to the learner. |
Exporting Top Skills
Administrators can export the learner’s Top Skills report as a PDF file.
- Navigate to the Top Skills section in the learner’s report.
- Click Export.
- Download the generated report in PDF format.
