My Learning Assets - Resources
Learn how to view resource progress, check viewing status, filter records, and export resource reports in KREDO.
The Resources section tracks your activity with learning resources assigned through KREDO. The summary card provides an overview of your progress, including available completion and activity information.
Viewing Resource Details
- Open My Report and navigate to My Learning Assets.
- Locate the Resources card.
- Click View More to open the detailed report.
Column Definitions
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the assigned resource. |
| Assigned On | Date the resource was assigned to you. |
| Completed | Indicates whether the resource is complete or displays progress, where available. |
| Time Spent | Time spent accessing the resource. |
| Viewed | Indicates whether the resource has been viewed. |
Filtering Resource Records
- Click the Filters icon.
- Configure the available fields, such as Name, Assigned Date, and Completion Date.
- Set the required filter conditions.
- Click Apply to display the matching records.
Customizing Visible Columns
Use Visible Columns to select or deselect the columns you want to display, where this option is available.
Exporting the Resource Report
- Click Export.
- Enter the required details in the export window.
- Click Download.
The report is downloaded in .XLSX format.
