My Learning Assets - Courses
Learn how to view, filter, and export course progress details in the My Learning Assets report in KREDO.
Courses
The Courses section tracks your progress in courses assigned through KREDO. The summary card displays the time spent, completion percentage, total assigned courses, and total completed courses.
Viewing Course Details
- Open My Report and navigate to My Learning Assets.
- Locate the Courses card.
- Click View More to open the detailed report of assigned courses.
Column Definitions
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Title of the assigned course. |
| Assigned On | Date the course was assigned to you. |
| Completed | Indicates whether the course is complete. If unfinished, the completion percentage may be displayed. |
| Time Spent | Total time spent engaging with the course content. |
| Points | Points earned upon course completion. |
| Score | Performance in course evaluations. |
| Viewed | Indicates whether the course has been accessed and the number of views. |
Filtering Course Records
- Click the Filters icon.
- Configure the required conditions using the available fields, such as Name, Assigned Date, Completion Date, Skill, and Proficiency.
- Use AND to find records that meet all specified conditions, or OR to find records that meet at least one condition.
- Click Apply to display the filtered results.
Exporting the Course Report
- Click Export.
- In the Download Reports window, enter a file name.
- Select Include Archived Courses if archived courses should be included.
- Click Download.
The report is downloaded in .XLSX format.
