Archiving a Learning Path

You can archive a Learning Path when it is no longer required for active use but needs to be retained for future reference. Archived Learning Paths can be restored when required.

Archive a Learning Path

1. From the Learning Paths page, locate the Learning Path you want to archive.
2. Select the three dots (⋮) on the Learning Path tile.
3. Select Archive.
4. In the Please Take a Moment… confirmation window, select Yes.
5. The Learning Path is moved to the Archived section.

Note: Only Reports and Delete actions are available for archived Learning Paths.

Restore an Archived Learning Path

1. Open the Archived section.
2. Locate the Learning Path you want to restore.
3. Select the three dots (⋮) on the Learning Path tile.
4. Select Restore.
5. In the Please Take a Moment… confirmation window, select Yes.
6. The Learning Path is restored and appears in the Learning Path tile view.
