Adding Content to a Learning Path
Learn how to add and organize learning assets in a Learning Path.
You can add different types of learning assets to a Learning Path, including courses, virtual meetings, classrooms, resources, surveys, assignments, and external content.
Add Content to a Learning Path
- From the Learning Paths page, locate the Learning Path you want to update.
- Select the three dots (⋮) on the Learning Path tile.
- Select Add Content.
The Learning Path page opens with two panels:
- Selected Content — Displays the learning assets added to the Learning Path. This panel is empty initially.
- Content Hub — Displays the available learning assets that can be added.
Available Learning Assets
The Content Hub includes the following learning asset types:

| Courses | Courses authored in the KREDO authoring tool. |
| Virtual Meetings | Virtual meeting events created under Menu > Virtual Meetings. |
| Classrooms | Classroom events created under Menu > Classrooms. |
| Resources | Resources created under Menu > Resources. |
| Surveys | Surveys created under Menu > Surveys. |
| Catalog | Courses curated from providers such as Go1, LinkedIn, O'Reilly, OpenSesame, and Udemy. Use Select Provider to filter courses by provider. |
| Assignments | Assignments created under Menu > Assignments. |
| External Content | Content added under Menu > Content Hub > External Content. |
| MOOC | Available massive open online courses from the MOOC library. |
| OJT - Evaluation | On-the-Job Training (OJT) evaluation items used to assess learners' practical performance. |
Note: OJT - Evaluation is available only when OJT is enabled.
Add Learning Assets
- In the Content Hub, select the required learning asset type.
- Select the content you want to add.
- Drag the content to the Selected Content panel.
- Repeat the process to add additional learning assets.
Each learning asset type includes a Search field to help you find specific content.
Manage Selected Content
After adding content to the Selected Content panel, you can:
- Select the Delete icon to remove an asset.
- Reorder learning assets by moving them up or down.
- For courses, use the Calendar icon when available to configure the course schedule.
The order of the learning assets determines the sequence in which they appear in the Learning Path.
Save the Learning Path
- Arrange the learning assets in the required order.
- Select Save.
- The selected learning assets are added to the Learning Path.
