AI Trainer Hub

Learn how to upload and manage documents in the AI Trainer Hub for use with the KREDO Chatbot.

The AI Trainer Hub (KREDO Chatbot) allows Managers to upload documents containing relevant learning content. Learners can use the KREDO Chatbot to retrieve information based on the uploaded documents.

The KREDO Chatbot is available only to customers who have opted for this add-on. Additional commercial costs apply.

Uploading a Document

  1. From the dashboard, open Menu and select Content Hub.
  2. Select the AI Trainer Hub tab.
  3. Click Choose File.
  4. Browse to the document location, select the file, and click Open.
    Supported file formats are PDF, PPT, and PPTX.
  5. Click Upload.
  6. A success message confirms that the document has been uploaded successfully.
  7. Verify that the uploaded document appears in the document list.

Learners can use the KREDO Chatbot to retrieve information based on the uploaded document's content. For details, refer to Learner's KREDO AI.

Deleting an Uploaded Document

  1. Locate the document in the uploaded documents list.
  2. Click the bin icon next to the document.
  3. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes to confirm deletion.
