External Content

External Content lets you add links to videos and articles created outside KREDO and make them available to learners.

Creating External Content

1. From the dashboard, open Menu and select Content Hub.
2. Select External Content.
3. Click + External Content.
4. Enter the content details:
   • Name: Enter the content name.
   • Provider Name: Enter the content provider.
   • URL: Enter the external content link.
   • URL Type: Select Video or Article.
   • Description: Enter a description of the content.
   • Category: Select a category, if applicable.
5. If the content should open outside KREDO in a new browser tab, enable Open in a New Tab.
6. To add a thumbnail, click Choose File, browse to the image, select it, and click Open.
7. Click Create.
8. A success message confirms that the external content has been created.

Filtering External Content

Use the content type filters to find specific types of external content.

• Video: Displays only external video content.
• Article: Displays only external article content.

Select Video or Article to display the corresponding content type.
