Feedback
Learn how to view feedback received by you and feedback provided to your team members in KREDO.
The Feedback section allows Managers to view feedback received by them and feedback provided to their team members by Admins, Managers, Authors, and Trainers, depending on their group membership and access.
Viewing Feedback
- From the dashboard, open Menu and select Feedback.
- To view feedback given to you, select MY FEEDBACK.
- To view feedback given to your team members, select Trainers feedback.
Feedback may appear as one of the following types:
- Suggestion
- Compliment
- Comment
These categories help you identify the nature of the feedback provided.
