User Summary Overview
The User Summary section in the Reports Overview provides insights into user enrollment, role distribution, active users, login activity, and average daily logins.

The report presents data using color-coded charts. Use the scrollbar to view the complete report.
User Role and Login Status Colors
The report uses colors to distinguish user roles and login status.

Key Metrics
The User Summary report includes the following metrics:
- Total Users Enrolled: Displays the total number of users registered on the platform.
- User Roles: Categorizes users by role, including Admin, Author, Manager, and Learner.
- Active Users: Shows the number of active users on the platform.
- New Users Added: Displays the number of users added during the selected period.
- Total Users Logged In: Represents the total number of users who accessed the platform.
- Currently Logged In: Shows the number of users currently logged in.
- Not Logged In: Displays users who have not logged in during the reporting period.
- Average Daily Logins: Indicates the average number of users logging in per day during the selected period.
Average Logged-in Users per Day
The Average Logged-in Users per Day metric helps measure user engagement over a selected date range.
The calculation uses the following formula:
Average Logged-in Users per Day = Total Logged-in Users (From Date to To Date) / Total Number of Days in the Selected Period
Where:
- Total Logged-in Users: The total number of unique users who logged in during the selected date range.
- Number of Days: The total number of days in the selected period, from the start date to the end date.
Example: If 80 users logged in over 10 days: {80} / {10} = 8
The average is 8 logged-in users per day.
This metric helps Managers analyze user engagement and login frequency on the platform.
