User Summary
The User Summary provides a concise overview of key metrics, including the total number of users enrolled on the platform, users who have logged in, active users, and the average number of users logging in per day.
The interface is divided into two sections: User Summary and Users.
- User Summary: Provides an overview of total users, active users, logged-in users, and other key metrics related to user engagement on the platform.
- Users: Displays detailed information about individual users, including their roles, login activity, and learning participation.

Understanding the Users Section
The Users section provides detailed information about individual users and their learning activities. Each column displays specific information about user progress, participation, and achievements.
Column Definitions in the Users Report
| Column | Definition |
|---|---|
| Users | Displays the full name of the user. |
| Completion Rate | Represents the percentage of completed learning activities relative to total enrollments. These activities include courses, assignments, learning paths, resources, and classrooms. |
| Total Time Spent | Tracks the cumulative time users have spent on courses, assignments, learning paths, resources, classrooms, and other learning activities. |
| Courses | Displays the number of courses completed by the user out of the total assigned courses. |
| Virtual Meetings | Displays the number of virtual meetings attended by the user out of the total assigned meetings. |
| Classrooms | Represents the number of classroom sessions attended by the user out of the total assigned sessions. |
| Assignments | Indicates the number of assignments completed out of the total assigned assignments. |
| Learning Paths | Shows the number of learning paths completed by the user out of the total assigned learning paths. |
| Resources | Represents the number of learning resources accessed out of the total available resources. |
| LEAP | Tracks user participation in LEAP and their progress through interactive learning experiences. |
| Catalog Courses | Shows the number of catalog courses completed out of the total enrolled catalog courses. |
| External Content | Represents the number of externally sourced learning materials completed out of the total assigned external content. |
| Points | Displays points earned through course completions, participation, and other learning activities. |
| Badges | Tracks achievement badges earned for completing courses, assignments, or specific learning milestones. |
| Certificates | Displays certificates awarded upon course completion, including relevant validity and issue-date information. |
| Actions | Provides options to view detailed learning progress and access feedback-related features. |

- View More: Explore additional details about the user's learning progress.
