Bulk Upload Reviewers

Add multiple reviewers to an Assignment Pro by uploading reviewer details through an Excel file.

Use Bulk Upload Reviewers to add multiple reviewers to an Assignment Pro at once. Prepare an Excel file with the required reviewer information and upload it to KREDO.

Access Bulk Upload Reviewers

  1. In the Assignments list, hover over the three-dot menu under the ACTIONS column for the required Assignment Pro.
  2. Click General.
  3. Click Bulk Upload Reviewers.

Download the Excel Template

  1. Click Download Sample Format.
  2. Open the downloaded Excel template.
  3. Review the available column details.
  4. Enter the required reviewer information and save the file.

The supported Excel formats are .XLS, .XLSM, and .XLSX.

Note: The downloaded Excel template does not contain any data.

Upload Considerations

When uploading the Excel file:

  • New rows can be uploaded along with existing values in the email/username and reviewer email/username columns.
  • Existing values may be overridden when the uploaded file contains new rows with matching information.
  • If existing data is updated along with new rows, both the new rows and the updated existing data are uploaded.

Upload Reviewers

  1. Click Choose File.
  2. Select the completed Excel file.
  3. Click Upload.
  4. The selected Excel file appears in the Bulk Upload Reviewers section.
  5. A success message confirms that the reviewer file has been uploaded successfully.
