Reviewing and Evaluating an Assignment Pro

Review learner submissions, evaluate Assignment Pro criteria, provide feedback, and submit scores.

Admins can review and evaluate Assignment Pro submissions made by learners. They can assign a reviewer, assess submissions based on the configured evaluation criteria, provide feedback, and submit the evaluation.

Access Review Assignment

  1. Under Menu, click Assignments.
  2. On the Assignments page, click the Review Assignment tab.
  3. The Review Assignment page displays the list of Assignment Pro submissions that require evaluation.

Evaluate an Assignment Pro

  1. In the required Assignment Pro, click Evaluate under the ACTIONS column.
    • The Evaluate option is available only after a learner submits the Assignment Pro.
  2. Select the required User from the drop-down list.
  3. Review the details provided by the learner in the Description field.
  4. Evaluate the submission based on the configured evaluation criteria.
  5. Adjust the rating slider for each criterion to assign the appropriate rating.
    • The available rating range is based on the Minimum Rating and Maximum Rating configured when the Assignment Pro was created.
  6. Enter comments or suggestions in the Feedback section, if required.

Review Submission

The reviewer can use the available options to review the learner's submission:

  • Download – Download the learner's submitted Assignment Pro.
  • Print – Print the submitted Assignment Pro.
  • Toggle Findbar – Search for specific content within the submission.
  • Zoom Out – Reduce the view size.
  • Zoom In – Increase the view size.
  • Previous Page – Navigate to the previous page.
  • Next Page – Navigate to the next page.
  • Enter Full Screen – View the submission in full-screen mode.

Resubmit or Reassign an Evaluation

The reviewer can resubmit or reassign an evaluation after submission when the corresponding options are enabled by the Admin during Assignment Pro Configuration.

Submit the Evaluation

  1. After completing the evaluation and providing feedback, click Submit.
  2. The evaluation is saved for the selected learner.
  3. Once the evaluation has been submitted for a specific user, the Submit button is disabled.
  4. The learner's score and status are displayed in the Review Assignment list.
