Creating an Assignment Pro
Create an Assignment Pro by configuring assignment details, evaluation criteria, passing criteria, and reviewer preferences.
Create an Assignment Pro by providing essential assignment details, configuring evaluation criteria, setting completion requirements, and defining reviewer preferences.
Access Assignments
- Under Menu, click Assignments.
- If no assignments have been created, the Assignments page displays the message:
You have no assignments yet. Any new assignments will be listed here.
- Click Create Assignment.
- The Create Assignment window opens.
Assignment Info
Enter the required details in the Assignment Info section.
- Enter the Name, Type, and Description.
- Name is a mandatory field.
- Under File Type, select the required file type:
- Document – Requires learners to attach a document when submitting the assignment. Supported formats are .PDF, .DOC, .DOCX, .PPT, .PPTX, .XLS, .XLSM, and .XLSX.
- Video – Requires learners to attach a video when submitting the assignment. The supported format is .MP4.
- Audio – Requires learners to attach an audio file when submitting the assignment. Supported formats are .MP3 and .OGG.
- Select an attachment to include with the assignment details and instructions.
- Enable Enable Download to allow assigned users to download the attachment.
- To add a thumbnail:
- Click Choose File.
- Browse to the location where the thumbnail image is saved.
- Select the image and click Open.
- Supported image formats are .JPG, .JPEG, .JFIF, .GIF, and .PNG.
- The thumbnail size is 210 × 180 pixels.
- Enable Bonus to assign bonus points to learners.
- When a learner submits and passes the assignment, the bonus points are added to the My Points section.
- Click Continue to proceed to the Evaluation Criteria tab.
Evaluation Criteria
Use the Evaluation Criteria tab to define the criteria used to evaluate learner submissions.
Evaluation Criteria Fields
| Field | Definition |

| Add Criteria | Defines a new evaluation criterion, such as Creativity, Accuracy, or Presentation. |
| Min | Specifies the minimum score that can be assigned to the criterion. |
| Max | Specifies the maximum score that can be assigned to the criterion. |
| Score | Specifies the score assigned to the evaluation criterion. |
| Category | Defines the classification of the evaluation criterion. |

Manage Evaluation Criteria
- Enter the required evaluation criteria.
- Click Save.
- To modify an existing criterion, click Edit, make the required changes, and save them.
- To add another criterion, click Add Criteria.
- To remove an unnecessary criterion, click Delete.
- A success message confirms that the evaluation criterion has been deleted successfully.
- Click Continue to proceed to the Configuration tab.
Configuration
Use the Configuration tab to define the passing criteria, reattempt settings, and certificate options.
Configuration Fields
- Set Passing Criteria – Set the passing percentage and reattempt options for learners who do not meet the passing criteria.
- Passing Percentage – Specify the percentage required for learners to pass the assignment.
- Enable Re-attempts for learners who do not meet the passing criteria – Enable this option to allow learners who do not meet the passing criteria to reattempt the assignment.
- Enable Certificate – Enable this option to issue a certificate upon completion.
- Enable Re-attempts – Enable this option to allow learners to reattempt the assignment regardless of whether they meet the required score.
Click Continue to proceed to the Reviewer Preferences tab.
Reviewer Preferences
Use the Reviewer Preferences tab to configure reviewer permissions.
The following options are available:
- Allow the reviewer to modify their review after it has been submitted – Allows reviewers to modify their review after submission.
- Allow the reviewer to provide written feedback – Allows reviewers to provide written comments and feedback.
- Allow the reviewer to assign re-attempts to learners – Allows reviewers to assign reattempts to learners who do not meet the required criteria.
Create the Assignment Pro
- Review the configured assignment details, evaluation criteria, configuration, and reviewer preferences.
- Click Create.
- A success message confirms that the Assignment Pro has been created successfully.
- The created Assignment Pro appears in the Assignments list.
The DOWNLOAD column displays a toggle that allows the Admin to control whether the assignment attachment can be downloaded by assigned users.
Column Definitions

| Name | Displays the title of the Assignment Pro. |
| Accepted File Type | Indicates the type of file that learners can attach to the Assignment Pro, such as a document, video, or audio file. |
| Assigned Users | Displays the number of individual users to whom the Assignment Pro has been assigned. |
| Assigned Groups | Displays the number of user groups to which the Assignment Pro has been assigned. |
| Submitted Users | Displays the number of users who have submitted their responses to the Assignment Pro. |
| Download | Displays a toggle that controls whether assigned users can download the attachment. |
| Actions | Provides available actions such as Edit, General, View, or Delete. |
