Unpublishing an Assignment Pro

Unpublish an Assignment Pro when it needs to be retracted due to business requirements or an error.

Access Unpublishing Options

1. In the Assignments list, hover over the three-dot menu under the ACTIONS column for the Assignment Pro you want to unpublish.
2. Click General.
3. Click the Unpublish tab.
4. The Unpublish page displays the users and other entities to whom the Assignment Pro has been published.

Unpublish

The following options are available for unpublishing an Assignment Pro:

• Users – Select one or more users from whom you want to unpublish the Assignment Pro.
• Groups – Select one or more groups from which you want to unpublish the Assignment Pro.
• Job Levels – Select one or more job levels from which you want to unpublish the Assignment Pro.
• Job Role – Select one or more job roles from which you want to unpublish the Assignment Pro.
• Role – Select one or more roles from which you want to unpublish the Assignment Pro.
• By Excel – Unpublish the Assignment Pro in bulk using an Excel file.
• Filters – Use AND/OR filters to refine the list of users.
• All Users – Unpublish the Assignment Pro from all users in the platform.
• Unpublish All Filtered Users – Unpublish the Assignment Pro from all users who match the applied filters.

Unpublish by Excel

Use By Excel to unpublish the Assignment Pro from users in bulk.

1. Click Download Sample Format.
2. Open the downloaded Excel template.
3. Enter the required details and save the file.
4. Click Choose File and select the completed Excel file.
5. Click the relevant button to upload the file.

The supported Excel formats are .XLS, .XLSM, and .XLSX.

Note: The downloaded Excel template does not contain any data.

If the uploaded file contains new rows along with existing values in the email/username column:

• New rows are uploaded successfully, and existing values may be overridden.
• If existing data is updated along with new rows, both the new rows and updated existing data are uploaded.

Filters

Use the AND/OR Filters to refine the list of users based on multiple criteria.

All Users

To unpublish the Assignment Pro from all users in the platform:

1. Enable All Users.
2. Click Unpublish.

Unpublish All Filtered Users

To unpublish the Assignment Pro from all users who match the applied filters:

1. Apply the required filters.
2. Enable Unpublish All Filtered Users.
3. Click Unpublish.

Unpublish Selected Users

1. Select the required users, groups, job levels, job roles, or roles.
2. Click Unpublish.
3. The Please Take a Moment... confirmation window opens.
4. Click Yes to confirm.

Unpublish from All Users

To remove the Assignment Pro from every assigned user in the platform:

1. Click Unpublish All.
2. The Please Take a Moment... confirmation window opens.
3. Click Yes to confirm.

The Assignment Pro is removed from the selected users or all assigned users, based on the option chosen.
