Resources
Enable the Resources permission to allow users assigned to a custom role to access and manage learning assets, including documents, audio, and video materials.
Resources Permissions
Enable the Resources toggle under Permissions to provide access to resource management features.
The following options can be enabled or disabled individually based on the requirements of the custom role.
My Resources
Allow users to access and manage their assigned or public resources.
Manage Resource
Allow users to create, edit, archive, unarchive, and delete resources.
Create and Edit Resources
Allow users to add, update, or edit learning resources and associated metadata.
Delete Resources
Allow users to permanently remove learning resources that are no longer needed.
Note: Deleting a resource is irreversible.
Archive Resources
Allow users to archive learning resources that are no longer actively required.
Unarchive Resources
Allow users to restore archived resources for further use.
Resources View
Control resource viewing permissions based on user roles and access rules.
Manage General
Provide access to the Resource General section, allowing users to manage publishing, unpublishing, feedback, and reports.

Publishing Resources
Make resources available for learners to view and engage with.
Unpublishing Resources
Remove resources from learner access while retaining them for future use.
Resources Feedback
Gather user feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning resources.
Manage Reports
Generate analytics and insights on resource usage, learner engagement, and content performance.
