Rewards
Enable the Rewards permission to allow users assigned to a custom role to manage rewards that recognize learner achievements, course completions, and milestones.
Rewards Permissions
Enable the Rewards toggle under Permissions to provide access to reward management features.
The following options can be enabled or disabled individually based on the requirements of the custom role.
Creating a Reward
Allow users to create rewards that learners can redeem using earned points.
Editing a Reward
Allow users to update reward types, descriptions, point values, and qualification requirements.
Manage Redeem Status
Allow users to track and update the status of rewards redeemed by learners.
Manage Redeem Rewards
Allow users to manage the redemption and fulfillment of earned rewards.
Deleting a Reward
Allow users to permanently remove rewards that are no longer required.
Note: Deleting a reward is irreversible.
