OJT Form Bulk Upload

Use Bulk Upload to add multiple OJT evaluation questions and their associated ratings using an Excel file.

Upload OJT Questions in Bulk

1. From the OJT form page, click Bulk Upload.
2. In the Bulk Upload pop-up, click Download Sample Format.
3. Open the downloaded Excel file and enter the required questions and ratings.
4. Save the completed file.

Note: The OJT form bulk upload supports the .XLSM format only.

5. Click Choose File and select the completed Excel file.
6. Click Upload.

A success message confirms that the OJT form questions have been uploaded successfully.
