Impersonate an Individual User

Learn how to access an individual user's learning environment for troubleshooting and analysis in KREDO.

Admins can impersonate an individual user to access the user's learning environment for troubleshooting or analysis without using the user's credentials.

Impersonate an Individual User

Steps

  1. From the Users page, select the row of the user you want to impersonate.
    The Edit User panel opens.
  2. Select More (three dots) and then select Impersonate.
  3. KREDO opens the selected user's dashboard.
  4. After completing the required troubleshooting or analysis, select Sign-out from the user's dashboard.
    You are returned to the Admin Dashboard.

Note: You cannot impersonate a suspended user.
