Surveys

The Surveys feature allows learners to participate in surveys assigned to them and view completed surveys.

Access Surveys

1. From My Learnings, open Menu.
2. Select Surveys.
3. Click the required survey tile to open the survey.

Surveys can be triggered in the following ways:

• Course-based surveys: Triggered when the survey is assigned to a course.
• General surveys: Triggered immediately when the survey is assigned under General.

Complete a Survey

1. On the Surveys page, select an active survey.
2. Review the questions displayed on the survey page.
3. Answer all mandatory questions.
4. Click Done to submit your responses.

After submission, the completed survey is removed from the active surveys view.

View Completed Surveys

1. On the Surveys page, select the Show Completed Survey checkbox.
2. The page displays completed surveys, including the survey you just submitted.
