My Learning Assets - Catalog
Learn how to review learning activities from external content providers, filter catalog records, and export reports in KREDO.
The Catalog section tracks your learning activity with content available through external learning providers integrated with KREDO. Supported providers may include Go1, O’Reilly, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, OpenSesame, and Synthesia, depending on your platform configuration.
Viewing Catalog Details
- Open My Report and navigate to My Learning Assets.
- Locate the Catalog card.
- Click View More to open the detailed report.
Column Definitions
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the catalog learning asset. |
| Completed | Indicates whether the learning asset is complete. |
| Provider | External provider supplying the learning content. |
| Duration | Total duration of the learning asset, where available. |
| Time Spent | Time spent engaging with the learning content. |
Filtering Catalog Records
- Click the Filters icon.
- Configure the available fields, such as Name and Provider.
- Set the required filter conditions.
- Click Apply to display the matching records.
Customizing Visible Columns
Use Visible Columns to select or deselect the columns you want to display, where this option is available.
Exporting the Catalog Report
- Click Export.
- Enter the required details in the export window.
- Click Download.
The report is downloaded in .XLSX format.
